Neale Billington is the director/principal of Billington Legal, and, should you choose, would be the person delighted to help you.

When you engage Billington Legal you get Neale. You don’t meet Neale and then get the young lawyer down the corridor. Not that there’s anything wrong with young lawyers, or corridors for that matter, it’s just that Billington Legal doesn’t have any. The offices of Billington Legal are small, some may say very small. There is a view, but nothing in it is sparkling. But who wants to pay for Billington Legal to have a large office and a view that is sparkling?

Neale is not for everyone. That would be strange. But he might be for you.

He graduated many years ago (1990 in fact) from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Laws. He also has a Bachelor of Jurisprudence, but we want trouble you with that. Along that journey he did many other things, including spending 2 years looking for minerals in places he bets you’ve never been.

He is now very happy practising law. Spending 2 years looking for minerals in places he bets you’ve never been helped with that.

Since 1990 Neale has been in a few practices, having initially obtained a solid grounding at the firm Robinson Cox (now Clayton Utz). His background is diverse. He even did criminal law and jury trials. He now thinks better of that.

Having a diverse background and gaining a breadth of knowledge and valuable experience has been hard work for him, and hopefully a benefit for you.
