Neale Billington is the director/principal of Billington Legal, and, should you choose, would be the person delighted to help you.

When you engage Billington Legal you get Neale. You don’t meet Neale and then get the young lawyer down the corridor.

He graduated many years ago (1990 in fact) from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Laws. He also has a Bachelor of Jurisprudence, but we want trouble you with that. Along that journey he did many other things, including spending 2 years looking for minerals in places he bets you’ve never been.

He is now very happy practising law. Spending 2 years looking for minerals in places he bets you’ve never been helped with that.

Since 1990 Neale has been in a few practices, having initially obtained a solid grounding at the firm Robinson Cox (now Clayton Utz). His background is diverse. He even did criminal law and jury trials. He now thinks better of that.

Having a diverse legal background Neale has gained a wide breadth of knowledge and valuable experience, not just in the arid application of the law, but also in navigating through the legal processes and being involved in negotiations and disputes. That has been hard work for him, and hopefully a benefit for you.

Being the person with whom a client engages at Billington Legal, Neale strives to develop a relationship with clients and to bring a holistic approach to a client’s matter or overall business.

What we think you might want is sound legal advice and quality representation. Neale thinks that he can offer that.

He also has a commitment to the community, presently being on the board of the not for profit organisation, Explorability Inc.

Neale is not for everyone. That would be strange. But he might be for you.
